Quality Certification and Environmental Certification<\/strong><\/h3>\n

WE ARE QUALITY CERTIFIED<\/strong>

The ISO 9001:2015 certificate attests to what our customers see every day: the quality of our products and processes.

Above all, our main goal is your satisfaction. However, this certification allows us to guarantee that we do so by always complying with all standards and regulations that may apply to our activity and to the production and manufacture of our products.

Our Quality Management principles:<\/p>\n

  • Customer focus<\/strong> \u2013 Quality for whom? Who is my customer? What are their needs and expectations? How are we going to meet and exceed those expectations? <\/li>\n
  • Leadership<\/strong> \u2013 Ability of top management and all employees to take responsibility for the effectiveness of the QMS and the definition of policies and objectives that guide the company’s strategy and employees toward a common vision of the future;<\/li>\n
  • People commitment<\/strong> – Promoting understanding, training, capacity building, and motivation among all employees, at all hierarchical levels, thus ensuring that everyone has a fundamental role in the future of the organization, while also valuing everyone’s work. Everyone must be involved and committed to the organization’s objectives. <\/li>\n
  • Process approach<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Improvement – The goal is to constantly improve the organization’s overall performance, namely through the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Cycle;<\/li>\n
  • Evidence-based decision making<\/strong> \u2013 In order to make reliable decisions (and not just based on intuition), you must monitor, measure, analyze, and evaluate data from your quality management system (product and service compliance; customer satisfaction levels; etc.);<\/li>\n
  • Relationship management <\/strong>\u2013 This involves managing mutually beneficial relationships. The relationship with the customer is paramount, but here we think beyond the customer to all stakeholders, such as employees, suppliers, surrounding communities, regulatory bodies, etc., and understanding and satisfying their needs and expectations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    WE ARE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY<\/strong><\/p>\n

    By also obtaining ISO 14001:20015 environmental certification, we demonstrate our concern for protecting the environment. Our objectives are: <\/p>\n

    • Minimization of environmental impacts<\/strong> and monitoring of applicable legislation, resulting in lower risk of environmental accidents and fines;<\/li>\n
    • Monitoring and potential improvement of all environmental indicators<\/strong> and consequent reduction in consumption\u2014energy, water, raw materials; reduction in effluent and waste treatment; reduction in insurance premiums;<\/li>\n
    • Increased competitiveness<\/strong> through improved internal processes, cost reduction, and employee motivation;<\/li>\n
    • Differentiation<\/strong> and acceptance in a market that cares about the environment and the future of the planet.<\/li>\n
    • Access to new markets<\/strong> where customers have environmental requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      We also seek assistance from other entities linked to nature protection and environmental innovation, both in terms of the materials used in manufacturing, the manufacturing processes, and the end use of our products.<\/p>\n
